First Contact Physiotherapy
The First Contact Physiotherapy service offers registered patients in North West Surrey the opportunity to book an appointment with a specialist physiotherapist without having to see a GP first. A detailed assessment of the condition will be undertaken with information provided on how this can be managed. If a referral is needed this can be arranged without having to go back to your GP.
Appointments are currently undertaken via a digital platform with details on how to access this provided after the booking has been made.

The service is operated by North West Surrey Integrated Care Services (NICS), which is a group of 38 local GP Practices (known as a GP Federation) who have agreed to work together to improve access to primary care appointments for the benefit of people living in North West Surrey. Talking Therapies provide a range of treatment options including Counselling for Depression, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Guided Self Help and EMDR.
