Community Nurses

Our district nurses will come to your home for performing blood tests on house-bound patients, applying dressings as well as other community services. This service is usually arranged by referral from your GP. They are based at Stanwell Community Centre and may be contacted by telephoning 01784 883943.

Health Visitors

The health visitors provide particular expertise with care and wellbeing of babies and children up to five years old, and their families. They may be contacted through the surgery or directly by telephoning 01784 883996.
